A practical guide to onboarding your team
Help your team get started with clear ownership, a small pilot, and workflows that stick.

Begin with a small pilot
Pick one team and one repeatable workflow for your initial rollout. Name an owner, agree on what success looks like, and gather the existing documents and data that team needs. Avoid moving every process at once.
Build a repeatable habit
Walk through a real task together instead of presenting every feature. Create a short checklist for access, responsibilities, and the first completed workflow. Give teammates a clear place to ask questions during their first week.
Review the pilot after two weeks. Keep the steps that made work easier and remove unnecessary setup. Expand to the next team only when the workflow is clear enough for someone else to teach.
