Turn customer feedback into better product decisions
Build a feedback loop that separates recurring customer problems from isolated requests.

Collect context, not just requests
A feature request is a useful starting point, but it rarely tells the whole story. Ask what the customer was trying to accomplish, where they became stuck, and how they work around the problem today. Capture those details alongside the request so your team can compare needs without losing their context.
Close the loop
Review feedback on a regular schedule with support, product, and engineering. Group similar problems and look for evidence across different customer segments. A request from one large account may deserve attention, but its commercial importance is different from proof that every customer needs the same solution.
When you decide to act, describe the outcome you want to improve and test the smallest useful change. Follow up with the customers who raised the issue, including when you decide not to build their suggested feature. Clear explanations make feedback a continuing conversation rather than a suggestion box.
